Thats fine but with all the complaining about too many jedi now, do you think allowing anyone to be a jedi will stop the complaining. I dont think it will stop the complaining as there will be more jedi than ever and with no BH's to hunt us.......
So much for jedi being long and hard to get..........waste of a good game.
Personally, I think some of the complaining will stop. A good deal of the complaining does stem from saber-envy. Well, now..that's no longer going to be the case. True, there are people who genuinely don't want Jedi in this game (I was one of them), but I'm hoping that if they advance the timeline, this arguement won't hold water anymore.
No one knows how difficult the road to Jedi might be. It says you start as a Force Senstive and must quest your way to Jedi. Why is everyone assuming that some new player is going to pick up the game and be a Jedi Master in a day? I don't think it will be like this at all.
As for me. The game is getting better by the minute.Bring it on, I say.
I love my Jedi too.
I am going to miss being able to customize her abilities.
But having one profession more powerful than the others simply did not work.
That fact is painfully obvious now...no matter how much we would like it to be different.

I truly truly hope you are right and the game gets better. No other game in my 30 years of game playing has so captivated me. So my passion today is spilling out into anger. I literally stopped playing all other games because of Galaxies. I never played an online game until Galaxies. The thought of my beloved game changing scares me, the though of my jedi that took me 2.5 years changing tobe nothing more that a regular proff scares me.
Guess you can say I am worried. I'd have to go back to Roller Coaster Tycoon if this game fails. I am tired of Roller Coaster Tycoon.

I agree we did do this to ourselfs, but if you remember in episode 2, Jango kicked Obi-Wan's ass
My account has been cancelled, although it does run until March 9th. I did hit account cancelled because I do not agree with what is being proposed by the developers. I will of course try it out and if I like I will re-up again. There is a bit of chicken little's "the sky is falling" routine coming from me but thats because I am so passionate about this game.
Some concerns with using ones mouse for attacks does that mean we loose our toolbar with our skills on it? Do we lose our skills we have been accustomed too? Tomorrow is a big day and I will be watching TC forum very closely.
