It is not true.

What we "know" is, it will come after the expansion. some day. But when, no one knows. My guess is december. But then, my guess is just as good as your guess.

sadly, A LOT of jedi are banking on the FRS coming in november. . .a lot of disappointment will follow if it doesnt
