I know where the two hood down versions are... no one ever found this one in beta....

the whole poitn of these robes is so you don't have to wear the padawan robes...hence the force regen mods in them
but to answer the question, no, you can't wear them over jedi robes
edit to add: and no, ca's cannot be placed in these robes as there are no sockets

I found two of these in beta... but regen was +8 and only added +15 to health... so either this robe wasn't in the game yet in beta, or it's off a quest that wasn't working yet.
The cloaks are just like the normal cloaks in the game.. nothing special about them other than they can be worn with other clothes, allowing you to have more ca slots or be items... They just have the same basic buffs that the padi robes do, and no you cant wear them with the padi robes equipped...

Considering the Max Dam and Max Dam of all weapons displayed compared to the rather pitiful stats of the Jedi robe (which can't even be worn with the paddy robes mind) I think you mean 'There is no force, there is only death'.

There are more weapons... but I think the rest suck so bad that they didn't post it.

That rifle is gonna be a beast once it's sliced and PUP'd. Glad I'm keeping my template. Cloak is eh, sucks it has no sockets but better than another nerf at least.
