Come to think of it...if XP loss and BH payouts were BOTH removed from player bounties...there would be no way to exploit the systemand everyone could have enjoyable content. As long as BH 's have NPC bounties, high end loot boss missions etc...they can make money off of those. The only reason there is XP loss is to prevent exploiting. Any thoughts on this?

At full temp I could really care less about XP loss..although I do try to stay in the positive.

uh, no...with jedi comes risks..under that system there are no risks and therefore jedi would become just a normal profession

Jedi are so common that we have been almost dumbed down to a normal profession. Maybe only implement this idea for full temps? The perma-overt, perma-termed status for knights is the risk.
