what you are asking for is what we had till they patched this game to death.

Correct.Now Jedi are entering the world at an alarming rate and as the numbers go up we get nerfed more and more.

If it REALLY was all that, and REALLY worked, and I got the full template with everything perfect, perfectly sliced, ADKed, the works, whatever. Yeah, I'd give mine up.

I've put a lot of work into my Jedi and I'm not doing it again.

I am a SOE customer. Now, if they would only treat me like one...

I don't like the idea of a Jedi population cap because I've always supported that anyone who wants a Jedi should be allowed to have a Jedi. I'm not going to give up what I worked for. You want my Jedi gone? I want my almost2 years back.

We have been there and done that. The number of jedi in the game does not effect it, it is caused by this board being populated by whining kids who dont have an I win button so cry nerf at anything not in their template. Pre cu jedi was restricted to dedicated players and they were justly rewarded, now the majoyity are in the hands of the mario generation.

No, SoE would NEVER allow that new jedi to retain the powers. Even though it might be one or two on each server, EVERYONE else who PvPs or sees the Jedi take the DWB solo would whine for a nerf-and would GET it. This would mean exactly the same path that jedi have been led down so far...I agree with the earlier poster about "unbalanced". SoE doesn't know how to deal with a single profession that is truely unbalanced (even though there are SEVERAL templates that are very unbalanced).

SOE will NEVER do anything like this. Jedi are Star Wars and Jedi is the selling point for the game. Once a server reached it's cap ppl would quit in waves. I think most wouldn't even bother with it. Why give SOE more time and money then you already have when there are plently other online games that are simply run better.

Pre CU Fencer/rifleman/0040 Pistoleer was a hell lot more fun then anything i've done post CU,...everything.
