wonder if you can loot the corpse but once you loot it, it is non tradeable. or is it one of the loots that is automaticaly placed in your inventory once completed?

It is very possible that the damage bonus is greater then the other two simply for the reason that it's going to probably be pretty hard to get one.

First of all we do not even know if it is a quest item. By the end of beta the devs had not placed it into the loot tables yet.
Secondly, just about the only items that are non-tradeable now are the preorder rewards. The rest of it has been switched over to require a bio-link.
