technically he did not get killed... he more like gave himself to the force thats why there was no body and vader was like w.t.f. just happend to him, if he would have been struck down he would have been chopped in half...

He changed his temp over time. He dropped MLS down to 0400 and picked up cloak. He wasn't MD in the end either. Vader takes one swipe and he vanishes. Most likely respeced from MD to MHealer.So I would say he started as

MLS+Def0044+Enh4004+Healer4000

then changed to

MHealer + ME +Powers0404.Cloak was added to the movie while they were in hyperspace on the way toAlderaan. That Powers 0404 was used to scare away animals on Tat like thedragons, and then is switched and he used the cloak to hide on the DS.
