I plan on upgrading the generation of my saber when the condition on my current saber gets low enough. What condition should i wait for? What are the odds i would fail on a repair if i attempted one? Any answers would me much appreciated

The cert for the 2 handed saber is in the apprentice / knight tree, and the polearm saber is in the guardian / master tree.

I just got Master Lightsaber.
Is it better to use the forth generation sabers and experiment on FPC, or should i continue to use my first generations. I know for grinding i will still use the first gens, but i see that people who fight jedi try to make them use up their force power, using a lower saber with a decent crystal or pearl, i don't use up my force power... undecided on what to do.

As many as you want, and yes you can have all colors provided you have the color crystals.

I can't find a vendor selling good saber materials on the Ahazi server. If you know of someone or are someone that sells these please let me know, thanks.
I am having no luck on the trade forum so i thought i would give it a shot here.

My advise would be to find a knight on your server and ask if you can purchase some materials from them..I dont play your server or I would hook you up.

Try well known weaponsmiths, they tend to have stockpiles of the more useful resources, and as you only need a fairly small amount it shouldnt be a problem or too expensive.
