its likely if we didnt have a force bar, we'd be almost impossible to kill, and we all know that jedi must be killable, its non jedi toons that are meant to be almost unkillable

I run out of action and or mind much faster than force.

If we had no force bar, and they kept the action and mind costs nothing would change. Mind would still be my limiting factor in a long fight

just imagine if everyone had cloak, and they'd never run outta force then, if we didnt have force bars its likely the more common bh/cm's wouldnt have a huge chance of beating us as we could spam aura and infusion till teh cows came home aslong as we have some food and buffs and could regen our action and mind without concern

But the BH dosnt have a force bar and is in this situation.

Therefore a BH can simply try and out wait your force bar where as what can the jedi do?

Well the Force bar represents your energy for performing certain manuvers using the Force. Certain skills should require Force points like Healer skills, Powers skills, Enhancer skills, Avoid Incap, Aura, Saber throw.

However the Lightsaber skills in the 444x Lightsaber trees and Deverish and Knockdown should not consume Force since they are an attack like any melee weapon ans should just use Action and Mind cost. Though as some pointed out "how come are the mind and action costs if lightsaber attacks are so high for a weapon that weighs as much as a wrench?" Which is a good point. Of the Lightsaber skills however , there should be a slight Force cost associated to whenever you block a Ranged attack using your saber since the Force is what guides the blade to block the shot, with this value say being 5 FC since its like an instint skill. And there should be a Force cost to throwing your Lightsaber as well.

These are my beliefs of what should and should not comsume Force, just using reason and what I understand about the Force. This seem sensible to you?

How can you say you've lived life if you've never danced?
Well I do remember Han having a one piece suit made out of carbonite but it weighed a ton. Still it didnt require any ironing and was very wear resistant.
Thanks SOE! The CU and NGE gave me my life back. Thanks! Bitterness is the taste of love lost, a tear of acid that burns the heart.
Long gone, in sorrow of song. Stand I make to deliver hope with twisted temporal past, for the ripples in time distort what affects when. Prowlies a must see Clicky!
As a dreamer I sing to the sea and imagine the possibilities and potential this game could free, but when I get home a sad sight there be. A lost fool, for once was is gone, what could've been to never be, and the angel of my heart to be forgotten, locked away by the key of SOE.
