I've a ways to travel towards this template yet, but I am headed for MLS MDef Healer 4040. With 24 skill points free'd up, I would add to that Enhancer 2000. This assumes that Improved Sap is useful, if not, I would head for MLS MDef Healer 4003 Enhancer 3000. I really don't know enough about my current template, let alone what I have targeted... I am currently MDef Heal 2000 Enh 1000 and 0232 LS at the moment. I am tough as nails and have the offensive strength of double ply paper towels.

I would definately use those sill points to add to my template. But just imagine if those skills actually did something. Example they had basic force abilities that each skill granted like force push or pull or sometype of healing ability as well as a watered down version of force run (enhanced reflexes). Then they would be worth having to add to your jedi template especially since force sensitive characters should have basic force abilities. Of course they wouldnt have formal training in light saber wielding and advanced force techniques therefore the skills would be basic in nature. Thats what they need to do with the fs skills make them usefull. Perhaps then not everyone would want to be a jedi as they could keep their profession as is and have some usefull force abilities to compliment their profession.

Too often players and the devs have a mindset that professions should be balanced with 1 on 1 pvp in mind. This mindset is ruining the game. The benchmark for balance should be determined by the role a profession plays in a group setting. As long as the current mindset continues we will never see uniqueness among the professions, nor will we ever see individuality within a given profession. We will never see the SWG universe expanded as the focus will only ever be balance pass after balance pass after balance pass.
