Thread: My Solution the the BH/Jedi conflict

I have a solution to the BH/Jedi problem!
1. Remove BH/Jedi missions!
2. If the BH must hunt players, let them hunt Smugglers (who opt-in to be hunted) and BHs that fail a certain number of missions in a row.
3. Remove Jedi from the GCW. Now Jedi can only fight normal players in duels. Now we don't have to nerf the crap out of Jedi.
4. Create Dark and Light side factions for Jedi. Jedi vs. Dark Jedi war. Create static, capturableJedi temples. Create worthwhile benefits for controlling the mosttemples on a planet. Say, +20% Force Regen for the controlling faction's Jedi while they are on the planet.
5. Boost the Jedi up in power. 3x a normal profession. 85% saberblock returned.Let us beat the daylights out of non-saber wielding NPCs and creatures. They don't whine when they get pwnt and Jedi can have some fun, and maybe it will seem like we are really Jedi. Much like it was pre-CU. It felt so much more Jedi like to have special damage that everything was vulnerable to. It felt like we cut through with our sabers better than anyone shooting at the same target. The saberblock was true to the movies.
6. Jedi don't fight normies anymore, so we can be the Alpha profession. We can be powerful in PvE. Do whatever you need to to prevent Jedi from loot camping spawns and we're set and no non-Jedi can complain about Jedi ever again. Maybe make it so Jedi cannot loot any items or credits from any mob that does not give Force related items (pearls, crystals, etc).
I would GLADLY give up my Jedi's GCW access if I could have a Jedi vs. Dark Jedi war, and be powerful again. Cuz right now, PvE is boring. Not very Star Wars immersed when I sit there watching my Jedi whap some creature with a saber 50 times before it dies. YAWN.

*COUGH* Jedi & GCW this is the first time those two words have been uttered together in a while, Jedi is a PVP class that should lead squads of non-jedi faction players into combat, that's what they are there for. Duels what a stupid waste of time, Jedis do that now Duel in theed all day, how boring.

LOL, my point proven Jedi elitists, they want power handed to them rather than earning it through skillful play lol.

Another point I want to make a lot of complaining Jedi want PVE only, you want PVP, there is no way the DEVS can please everybody.

The DEVS don't want everyone to be Jedi I can't believe no one is seeing this. Most servers now are at least %50 Jedi that makes no sense at all LOL, all I can tell you is this the more the Jedi population grows the more it's going to get "fixed".
Well, it is true... The DEV's wanna see the jedi fade into the dark... This is the reason for the NERFS. I have said this before, its order 66! Just a slow version. Only time will tell. I think the BH missions towards jedi is great! The XP loss is not nessasary! Yes, there are WAY too many jedi out there but are you tellin me that when the respec came, that there are not TWICE as many MBH now..? Were there THAT many BH in this timeline...? Personally, I think there are way too many BH out there but heh, what does my option matter theses days...

I want to PvP with and against other Jedi and feel like a Jedi when I PvE. Is that too much to ask? Jedi's power should be justified by the longer grind. However, we have no power anymore because we have to be balanced with NORMIES. Yes. That is my nickname for non-Jedi, deal with it. I say, remove Jedi's ability to prawn normies, and Jedi can be more Star Warsy powerful. Yes, I crave power. But not power that can be used against those weaker than I. Except those damned NPCs. Darn rights I want to pwn the bejesus out of them, it's fun.

By this paragraph here, I have gained a lot of respect for you. I am going to tell you the secret to all this, you have to think outside of the box a bit. The DEVS keep chaging Jedi because they are putting everyone through REal Life JEdi trails, everytime the DEVs make a change to Jedi some quit, and eventually after all is said and done with the will fix it a year from now, and those that stick around will Benefit.
That's exactly what happened to the BH profession, trust me they make it suck to make people quit then when the come back they are screwed because they didnt' go through it.
I grinded 2.5 holos, but since I didn't do 3 I get credit for none on one of my alt accounts, so I had to do full FS from the beginning. Just look at the history, of the professions.

Yes, but you DONT play games with your customer base. This is a damn videogame ... they are supposed to be FUN. Its crap like this for the reasons WoW has 4 million subscribers and Lineage as well. Its crap like thsi why people quit. And its ultimately this that will destroy this game. You cant screw with people before they revolt and your out of a job.
