Thread: My suggested fix for Master sabers
Yes MLS needs an extra move to balance it with DEF AI. cloak should be moved to masters box for the Mpowers special etc etc ..

We don't want advanced force lightening.... the zip bar will be long as hell, I'll need to stand in one place, and it won't do much damage.

you dont want a single high damage attack for MLS becuase then everyone will be even MORE compelled to take it, It needs to be something very useful, but not something that's going to win or loose a JVJ fight each time. Power attack is fine, give it states, give it a "disarm/mez" where you "knock their saber from their hand" or something, but not another high damage attack. Besides if Dervish is any clue as to what the devs think higher damage is you're just asking for a kick in the ballz
Coming to a MLS near you: IMproved-Improved Power attack! Only twice the force/action cost and 5% more damage potential! (with only a 20% longer warmup/cooldown!) WOWZERS!
i dont see much problem withmls..... except that a 5th gen saber would b better in the mls spot since now anyone can have the same kind of saber, and to prevent ppl from getting a 5th gen then dropping mls, make the certification for it in the in the master box, and for yodas sake, add a double lightsaber, one for hte left hand and one for the right hand.

u get extra speed and more experimentaiton bonuses with ls.
u have a ranged area KD like powers does.
u have a bleed,stun,blind, aoe, ranged attack, dizzy, kd, armor break, and a power attack, more moves and mods than any other jedi profession,
im a firm beleiver in ls being the main offensive for a jedi all other disiplines are a support for it IMO. ad before u flame me, im going mls cuz i really like it, all the bh ive met and those in out guild say, they can beat nearly every template except for master lightsabers.
Worthless really. Anyone can go Master sabers, make their saber, then drop down to 0404 which is completely sucky bonus for us master sabers. :/
Likei said add a 5th generation saber certificationskill to the mls spot that way only a mls can wield a 5th gen saber, or make it only 4th gen saber at mls, and reduce everyones saber to 3rd gen, like it was pre cu.
As far as the speed goes, naw @ that... weak...broken...
Things will eventually b fixed, if i heard correctly it was going to b fixed either in pub 24 or 25
I want a SINGLE Enemy attack to match the power devrish should have. It sucks to go on a quest like DWB and be told "Cant do area attacks"... so you gotta make up for it some how...
i think power attack should b the only real POWER attack that a ls should have,u already have every kind of status ailment move once ur mls. i think all we need really is a 5th gen saber
