I did testing last night and with the robe on it took me 29 seconds to regen from a single use of force aura, with the robe off it took me 29 seconds to regen from force aura.

I also ran my macros and my force couldnt regen back to full just standing still not touching anything lke it did before pub23.

So as you can see the regen is still screwed up but the extra 250 force might come in handy for about 20 seconds as the force cost seems to be about 3x higher than it was before pub 23.

Sum up what everyone is saying:

If you're a low level paddy, you need the force and the +10 regen (if it was working, should be fixed soon. I HOPE!)

Once you have enough regen skills and total force pool, BE clothing is much better.

In the interimif a low levelPaddy, get some socketed gloves. Gloves are not targeted, so they won't go bad and you can use them with or w/o your robes.
