Remind me, when was there ever PvE xp loss post publish 9? I mean I certainly don't remember it when I was grinding Dath shortly after unlocking right after Pub 10 hit.
I do remember XP Loss for CLONING, but not for PvE DB. In fact, at that time, there were many problems with BH tefs not clearing on DB which would cause the rezzing Doctor and rezzed Jedi additional grief (i.e., the Force them to Clone Wars). Just about every Jedi had a Doc to call on to get a quick rez or they wore the Hero of Tat ring to self-rez and avoid the 200k cloning xp loss. I died at least a couple times to rancors whenI got a little overconfident in my ability to tank them solo, but I've never lost xp when they DB'ed me.
This fond, yet incorrect, PvE xp loss system you all seem to enjoy bringing up never existed to my recollection. There were only two (2) instances where xp was lost:
1) BH DB and
2) Cloning.

actually i believe if i remember rightly there was a Penalty for dieing and then one for Cloneing, though it may have just been in instance's of a BH

So, I'll offer this instead....
IF it is possible to cause the BH to lose his mission by getting yourself killed in the lava, then there will be a HUGE outcry from the BH community when lots of Jedi start doing this on the Live servers. Whether it be days, weeks, or months... this exploit capability WILL get stopped. Either they'll change it so the BH won't lose his mission when lava kills you, or there will be some massive XP penalty for any Jedi who takes a lava dip (thus making facing the BH the more attractive option).
