I just find it funny that CM DOTs were a priority to be fixed, and many say it's because it's a mechanic that renders CM useless. a lot of the things that are broken in Jedi renders certain trees useless. But the fixes pertaining to Jedi are flat out not being addressed.

They fix these things or even maybe just 3 out of what you have just posted and a LOT of players will be much happier.
