Pistol whip & MCH uberness FTW
Master Creature Handler FTW again (if only I had concentrated on Krayts at the time instead)
Taming a baby Rancor (outside of hunting Jedi this was the most adrenaline-pumping experience ever.. no vehicles to escape on, or to find the babies in the first place)

Trying to talk to a red con Dark Jedi to complete a quest (needless to say the quest was bugged and unless you managed to distract the NPC by getting a pet to attack it, he would attack you on sight - not even giving you the option to converse with him as you were supposed to... *sigh*)
Fighting a syck
