1. Yes, NPC AI (artificial intelligence) will now detect when a defender is using Avoid Incap and will target the next best group member. So aka.. No more Master Defender tanking NPC's.
2. No fix yet. Might be in the beta but hasn't been discovered yet.
3. I think it is fixed. Both the cooldown timer bug and the saber speed messing up.. Both are fixed as far as I can tell.
4. So far no one has looted, been rewarded, or found a way to get the new Jedi robes, if they exist.
No clue yet on a new Obi-wan special color crystal. Yet to be looted, rewarded, or found.
Lava crystal has yet to be looted, or rewarded. I think one of the devs was showing it off. I've heard it looks really cool.. It's an orange color with streaks of red in it.
If Obi-wan's quests give light/dark faction or rating it is unseen to players. I complete the Light Side quests and wasn't given anything pertaining to a new FRS.

some one said you have to Craft it. or you loot it from some one very bad and evil

Unsure if they are a rewardor obtainable through the new "loot combiner" Chu-Gon Dar Cube. The Cube combines 3 looted items and produces a new item. There are said to be hundreds of combinations resulting from about 75 different looted pieces. The new special loot looks to be Mustafarian stuff only, not any existing loot. Premium pearls, new color crystals, and the fabled Lava Crystal may be a combined result of the cube.

Entirely possible. So far the only robes people have are from doing the Knight trials. Note: They didn't disable the old Knight trials and FRS from beta but they WON'T be coming back with the beta on live.
I repeat, WILL NOT be coming back with beta when beta hits live.
1) Higher power buffs override lower power buffs but the lower buff will return after the higher buff wears off if the lower buff's timer is longer. So, if you have FR1 on and then speed buffed with retreat from a Squad leader, the Retreat will take precedence and you will only run at the Retreat speed. FR1 will reactivate when Retreat is done. Dunno if you still use force cost from the FR while Retreat is on, though.
2) Debuffs ALWAYS override buffs. So, snares will ALWAYS negate FRs. But, when snare timer is over, FRs will reactivate.

True. But the path to Obi-wan will take you awhile to complete, as will the Obi-wan missions. The Obi-wanqueststell a really cool story and the final quest had the biggest OMG moment I've ever had in the game. Very fun.

so they are nerfing that fr and etc well did they increase our range so now we can saber throw or root up to 65m.
then i wouldnt have an issue

I think a lot of this stuff is just balancing that is more Patch 24 and 25 than the expansion. But to answer your question no.. No increase in our range.
