I'm glad to hear that, cause I did the same thing as you.
It was getting annoying even if the trees were nice

my force speed animation
lstreams of red light spawing from my my boday in all dircetions
psg
greenish bubble type animation where blast hits nr me about 1m around me
i think this is how they are supposed to work so looks fine from here
i use a amd64 and geforce fx 6600 graphic are maxedd out adn when i turn them down actual toon animation dont change just lod managers and terrain detail
not sure on how you would even attempt to fix it other than a reinstall of your graphics drivers ect (i know no one wants to hear this but its what i do if i get problems like this )

it's not an issue with anyones computer or graphics settings etc. i already got a reply from csr-masonk who told me the devs know about this problem and are working on a fix. so i'm guessing it's just a coding error that's only affecting some people. if you aren't affected, good for you, dont worry about it. if you have this problem you dont need to reinstall your drivers or anything like that, just wait patiently for a hotfix.

Well the green squares with the trees are getting even worse after the latest patch/publish/whatever :-(
Hope they sort it out but since this thread is 2 months old, i doubt it.

do u have ROTW? I read on antoher post someone talking about this but they said
this only happened to people that didnt have ROTW

I've had this problem occur on my machine ever since Publish 22 I think. Before that I had no problems at all.
I've tried updating my graphics card drivers, etc without any success. Only thing I haven't tried yet is completely reinstalling the game.
Here is a video of what I'm getting (weird blocks with trees, etc) whenever I activate a Force buff. Infusion doesn't seem to be affected for some reason.

omg there is sonething wrong here... no doubt... it dossent happen to me... maybe u need to update ur driver or something? oh u have.. just re read it again.. hmmm.. re installing the game might be the best thing or do full scan b4 u reinstall

Just to add, I've done a full scan and also ran TREFix and everything is ok...
