Nice work.


I have a build that would fall under dabbler..


Master Powers, Enhancer 4404, LS 0402, Healer 3000


Excellent Crowd control abilities (snare, root, intimidate, weaken, KD), Force Intense, but managable. Able to dish out alot of damage at ranged, and enhance your speed and weaken your opponent when time to go melee. With Enhancer x4xx, you have defences, and with Healer 3000 you can easily compesate, especially with all that Powers has to offer.

If you only take 2 trees in Defender, I like 4040 and 0440 better than either 4400 or 0044.

Master Lightsaber/4440 Defender/4000 Healer/2003 Enhancer
It is an awesome template. Good alternative to template 1, but you trade Avoid Incap & Valor for 1500 heals & force run

With the changes I have decided that for the next FRS im going to be a support fighter. I however wanted to be able to eat up any BH that came my way with ease while I wait for the FRS to come back.


My template

MPower

0 4 4 1 Def

4 0 0 0 Healer

4 0 0 4 Enhancer




I still have some /respec time left and I have been messing around with the 4 0 0 0 healer and taking it down to either 2 0 0 0 and taking Enhancer down to 4 0 0 3 to raise up defender to 0 4 4 4. I just can't seem to get any BHs to come after me now days to truely test this some.My reasoning for dumping 4 0 0 4 Enhancer is that i don't fell Meditate is any better than Channel Force. With CF you regen faster and your health comes back faster. You just have to watch yourself and watch your health. I keep an eye on my health and always CF keeping my health around 2500 and BHs never get me below 50-60% force. If it even got close I am able to run with this template with ease.


So, my possible perm template

MPower

0 4 4 4 Def

2 0 0 0 Healer

4 0 0 3 Enhancer


With this template I will eat BHs and have to fill a support role in the FRS. However with this template I can still defeat idiot jedi 1 on 1...which sadly there are a good bit of them out there.

0044 Defender


4400 Powers



This is the true dabblers template and the weekness to it is probably obvious being that you will have a lower force pool. however you get the basics in every category which make it viable for both PvE and PvP and a whole lot of fun . I'm most the way through this template and can pretty much do anything I like and have little to fear from BH's even in groups. Worse case scenario I can escape if not win with this template. I already hold my own in 1 v 1 with any template mentioned above and I'm not even fully templated yet.


Force drain is my main weekness but even with no force I can manage to survive and escape. this is a very well rounded template pretty much giving you the best in every category at the cost of a lower force pool.

I was dueling a MD/MLS/4040 healer Jedi and neither one of us were making any real ground. I could easily hold my own indefinately against him and my template wasn't even completely finished. I probably would not win the duel but I wouldn't lose it either and it's a lot more fun to use, and by far more versitile . The only thing I can't do with this template are those things that are extremely high levels like grevious who can kill you in like 2-3 hits unless you have avoid incap.

My final template is single mastery and is


Master Lightsaber - DPS and Damage.


Powers 0400 - Just a fun thing to have and I have give BH's the runaround by cloaking.


Healer 4000 - Heal 1500 damage and Improved Force Infusion is just great.


Enhancer 0004 - Channel, Meditate and Improved Force Wave.


Defender 4040 - Improved Force Aura, 4200 Inntate Jedi Armor and good Melee Defender.


Total Force is 6325 which is often enough to kill a BH :-)

for me i can never seem to use up all my skillpoints in a dabbler temp ive been trying over and over in a char builder anyone know what i could do?

I havnt EVER seen anyone with my template (well the one i will finish one day lol)

Very nice Insanus, but you forgot my personal favorite....



mEnhancer, LS x4x4, Heal 414x,Pow x4xx.


mEnh - Force Drain, Stasis, FR3, Force Armor


LS - Same skills as any other non-Master


Pow - Cloak


Heal - 1500 pts + Sap


Basically a support role with barely any Def, but very fun.


Once FA is tweaked a bit, this should be a really nice template.


Activate FA and putup a fight with your saber. If things are getting a bit hairy,hit your enemy with a Stasis, sit down, Heal/Channel, /lol <target>, and either start fighting again or FR3/cloak out of there.
