I've tried Ranchor Aid. Works great on Electrolite Drain and the other snares so far hav'nt caused me too much of a problem.
With that said I still cannot beat a single BH/CM as thyroid rupture also removed force speed. I simply dont do anywhere enough damage to stand a chance.
My current options are....
1. Ranchor Aid/Force Run
2. Fight for 30 mins + knowing im gonna lose.
3. Cancel my account
You could throw in "No 4 play my alt" but to be honest I simply dont want to. I've played this same character for 2 years now and have no intentions on being forced tostart playing a different character.

Rancor aid only works when you are hit with Electro. It has no effect on kneecap shot or cripple shot.
you can't use Restraining shot, Knee cap shot, Force Wave ,etc to chain snare. Only CM's Electrolyte drain and Paralyse can be chained.
So if you not in the wild:
Rancor Aid + confining area FtW. In Theed the cloner and halls of the Bank for example. If they don't follow you in /logout and play your alt for a bit or something.

does not work that way...try it and then carry it around to waste a spot in inventory if you like
Sounds like if Rancor aid does anything it helps give you just enough operational control of your Jedi toon to be able to narrowly escape and log out....
...nice new system we have here....
Adv suppression shot can be chained....in fact, it was designed specifically to be chained. A good carbineer can alternate it with a dmg special rather well and keep most people rooted till dead.

First off, I'm writting this in hopes that I get forum banned, atleast I know that someone from SOE will have read my post!
Now, I've been playing my jedi for over a year (and 2 years total in game)and watched and said very little as I have been nerfed into oblivion!!! Well, Thank you SOE for giving me back my life! I **edit**ING HATE THIS GAME NOW AND I HATE THIS RECENT PUB! You have published pure and utter crap since the CU!!!
I just had a run in with a MCM/MBH and 0004 pistoleer. I have never lost to a MCM/BH before pub 24 and just about got my A$$ handed to me by a newb BH ( he told me I was his 3rd mark, EVER!) I had to KD, root, run and break combat to call a swoop to run away! I honestly feel bad for the little paddies now, as I have a 720 mod DPS saber and couldn't even come close to killing him. Between thyroid and ED I never had a chance. Ohh, and I shouldn't have to pop a food or drink or w/e rancor aid is, to take down a BH! I realize this is a rant but this is the only way I could relieve my anger w/o throwing my monitor out the window! I'm not asking for jedi to be "uber" but for god's sake this is STUPID! I now am utterly disgusted with this game and don't forsee me logging my jedi on for quite some time!
/hi5 to the DEVS for screwing up my favorite game! A truly exceptional job! I didn't realize you could screw this game up so BAD! PLEASE FORUM band me and show everyone that all you care about is the money in your pocket and not the greatness of this game!
