To-Ratios seem lower thus missing _MORE_ when the target is KD'd!


I challenge EVERYONE to kd their target then perform a PowerAttack. Rate the numer of hits while target is KD. Try to get 20 Powerattacks on the same NPC type.


Then perform same test on standing NPC. I am betting that they reversed the code and made it so you miss _MORE_ while the NPC is KD'd!!!

Well I for one do believe that the Accuracy has been adjusted, but I think it was the same on both sides of the stick. I got attacked by a BH this morning, and typically I do ok. This morning however, I noticed that after he got his initial 2 shots off on me before I could react, I started swingin repeatedly - and missing repeatedly. I like to use power strike as a primary attack - so I do it frequently, however I noticed miss after miss after miss.


Then finally after running around for 20 - 30 minutes I decided to run away. I had already ran out of force twice now, using a holocron and channeling once or twice. I then reviewed the combat log and noticed that the BH was missing me much more often than I was missing him.


Also on a side note - POST-CU saber - my max dmg is 500, dps = 385. FC - 38, SAC 100 or so, can't remember. I noticed that I was simply not able to deal enough dmg AT ALL. My force was gone before I knew it, and the fight was over time to run.

I just had to post this:


I've been working on developing some ranged skill for my crafter. I picked up Marksman 0044 and scout 0001 whle working towards a minor supportive roll for PvE rollplay events with Squadleader.


The funny thngs is, I do NOT miss while being a lvl 10 ranged attack using a dh17 carbine!!! No accuracy mods other then from marksman0044 and I hit more often then my Used-to-be Rodian God of War with lightsaber Mastery!!!


Now, what the hell is that all about!?!?!?

Drop Defender x4xx. The Ranged defense does NOT applie to anyone using a melee weapon. Pick up Defender xxx4 for the +25 saber block in Valor. You'll be glad you did.

Normal mele guys are missing hits alot too. Last 2 times I dueled a mele guy there were spurts where we each missed 3 or 4 times in a row, we were laughing how we couldent hit one another in the middle of the fight. But I am a Jedi GOD so thats why I still probably won.

I don't know about KD problems and Nunas but I think defense has gone way up on Elite mobs is all.

Anything over 80, and especially anything with silver/gold bars appears to have been give defenses equivalent or exceeding TKM/Defenders.

Pre24 I was AB/KD/PAing for 1500-1600 damage on Canyon Krayts. Post24, I'm lucky to get over 1100 on same Canyons. I'm also missing a lot.

I don't think they nerfed accuracy so much as raised defenses on mobs.

It was working pre-CU...you just had to unequip/requip your saber to see it...

This was a stealth nerf.


Pumping up the AI requires more of an anouncement other then "pumped up the AI". We need hard statistics! The devlopers are building this game to support continued subscriptions and return players.


Show us what was done with the NPCs being placed in GOD mode!!!

No this isnt a nerf as such - they sort of adjusted the accuracy curve for MOBS above 84ish. They now have much better melee and ranged def making them more difficult to hit. Level 92 SBDs are very tricky now.


Use Cor wine or crispic along with the steady aim from SL and warningshot from pistols to make them much easier to hit.


High end PvE is all about accuracy now.

I just regrinded up to Fencer on one of my alts and I miss maybe 5 -6 hits in a row sometimes, my most powerful attack is Crtical Strike and that bad boy hardly ever lands. I have acc mods and use Corellian Ale and this is happening on CL 74 types, forget about the 80+. As for my Jedi, the way things are I almost never hit lol.

if you read above its not just npc's there for it is a nerf to our accuracy
