I dont know, having the snares, roots, and terrain negotiation gone altogether - does that make it not worth having?

After trying bajillion gajillion templates thats what i got finally. Been using this template for a few months now and not gonna change it. If you have good saber you ll be just fine and yes you do have a Snare with this tempalte. Doesnt last long but its more then enough. You ll just do fine against any tempalte but don t forget its not only the skill set you have its how you use it. AI is worthless right now both in pvp and pve, and you ll be missing all flashy stuff with the template. If you re so crazy about running faster then anything get some food or a SL in group.

Well this is what i have and its okay, cant solo high end anything post 24 but I can take fairly effectively in a group still. So i will keep it.

TBH if another respec comes i will go mLS ME heal 4040 since I never tried it and always wanted it and I aint grinding again, Almost quit numerous times due to boredom grinding. All templates are okay just learn to play them effectively

I have that temp and I do well with it the snare works and with the right food and the def in master def i can stay good on health and keep my force up with channeling ability too. I've never been beat by a bh unless ive been caught in a sticky situation like in the middle of a GDK fight or right as i clone. other than those exeptions my duels end in a draw or a dead bh and it works well in pve too

Right on - I like the post from rickaf - I think I will go with this template, and after a while if they ever come out with a respec I may try MEnh just to see what it is like.

force wave does suck, it misses too much and its duration is not enough.

lastly, you can get terrain negotiation from a shirt, pants or bandolier.

foolish mortals... I have the template the OP mentioned and i do just fine. Will i change template? Maybe.. one, day... when i'm old.

But sometimes you just have to accept that you cant beat the BH.. so focus on keeping them from beating you. Valor is great as a defense... Yes you get a snare and if you focus on defending, you'll last long enough to get the BH in a spot that more favorable to you.

But like all jedi temps.. get caught with your pants down and your toast.. just a fact of the Jedi way.

Besides, it really all depends on your play style.. i'm a 'Banzai!" sorta fighter so i like it. And my defenses dont suck my Force dry in a long fight ( Which i still think is pretty lame that we have em anyway)

If you want a tank template take def 4400 enhancer 0400 and you will have better innate armor. And more skill points for roots and such.

mdef = 7000 innate

novice defender +0400 enhancer = 7000 innate

def 4400 + enhancer 0400 = 9400 innate
