my ass it doesn't. i was able to claim ALL of my vetern rewards on my newb testcenter character. also, they clone copied Corbantis. same as having the real server there.

yeah maybe you should just stop spewing posts all over the place and wait until you know what you are talking about, that's the problem with most people on these forums.
