i bought by clicking on the pre-order button on the main page. does that take from lucasarts store? i dunno.

Yet another fine display of why Tiggs is absolutely the worst Customer Service Representative in business. You can clearly tell that she thinks being rude, curt, and arrogant makes her cute.

You dont get a key if you ordered from Station Store, only if you ordered from lucasarts

Such a predictable reply to a straightforward question. Not even a 'We should know more within the hour'
I work for a freight company. Say, for example Tiggs was to send some urgent documents to Lucasarts for something that she needed approval on. These documents were red hot urgent, and had to be there. Tiggs asks me 'When will the documents arrive' and my reply to her was 'They will get there, when they get there'. How would she react ?, would she take that as an acceptable answer ? I have a feeling she wouldn't...

I work for a telecom company. At least we tell you sometime between 8 and 5. lol
