You're kidding me about thinking there should be no difference between the sabers right? Yeah, let's make them all the same. Then it's just one big dressup game for our characters where the only difference between us is how we look. Great thinking, no really, great thinking.

Yes. Great thinking.

They all have the same weight, so speed/damage and utility should all be the same.

No more clonewars.

No more clonewars? How so? We have the same damn skills and the only thing that will differentiate us is how we look. I swear half of you people love the dumbing down of this system. And just an fyi, sabers now do still have a difference in damage and speed when crafted. The gap is just small. Guess we all forgot about when the devs talked about how 1-hand was supposed to be the fast strike weak damage and the dbl-blade was supposed to be the slow but heavy hitter huh.

you're wrong. crafting a saber is same. I"m asking if there is a noticable difference like there is with the non-jedi weapons now.

In TC, there is now a big difference b/n speed. I want to know if it is true for sabers now. I'm not asking for your opinions on the nge. take that elsewhere plz

It is a good thing that all sabers are the same. I think what MisNiL was trying to say about clones wars is this:

Pre-CU almost everyone used the double bladed saber because it did more damage. Now a Jedi can pick what ever look/style of saber they want without a hinderance.

I know for a fact that MsNiL is not against people being able to craft superior sabers or to acquire items to make their saber better than another.

I for one am happy to be able to choose what ever saber I want and not automaticly be at a disadvantage merelyby choice of style/look.

Eh. Pre-nge you where forced to have armorbreak, so you where forced to have 2h.

Dont tell me anything could circumvent the lack of armorbreak.

The quest to retreive thoose are bugged.

I will try Oppressor if it's fixed.

How fitting.

You're both wrong and right. Once ab sliced armor came about, the need for ab was substantially less valuable.

Choke could. Hell, that bypassed armor completely. Put that on and there's no need to use an ab.

It's great that you as a Master Powers could do damage just like a 0200 ls. That never helped me as 4004 or my friend as 0044 however.

You simply said not to tell you anything could circumvent armor break and I told you exactly what could. Don't be mad at me because I responded correctly. And as the poster a few above had said, once the ab sliced armor came out armor break was still useful but nowhere near as useful as it once was.

And we've all learned that this game is only about you and your friends. What about me and my friends? You can try and preach diversity all you want, but you don't want diversity in playstyles.
