Thread: A test run on these npc's ai NS / Blacksun / Necro post pub 24
I am sure you will all go blitzo on me for saying this, but Necrosis, or rather the char it is based on was a jedi. I know i know, but hear me out. Starwars is prety big here, adn as many of you know, there isa triend twords becoming insanely intrested in things. that being said Japan is a BIG OTAKU heaven. so you can imagin that ALL things starwars are here. I was purusinga graphic comic of the stwars univers, and one of the "comics" was based around Count dukoo adn the emperor attempting to make the altimate weapon. what they came across was to graft mechanical parts ( HMM where have we seen this idea) on to a humanoid form. as you all know the DARK side horabbly disfigures those who use it, so keep that in mind. Now, what was done was to take a fallen jedi (post ep1 pre ep4 era), who was enesstially good, but dishartend, and severy damadge in caticlisymm adn MAKEING him in to...the necrosis type char. I knwo this not GL's original intnet, but I assuem the EYE's beingalian like simply due to dark powers. Dukoo even goes so far as to say " it is accomplished, my lord, he is more than we planned" then we see a strip of the previously human ex-jedi going berserk adn killing all of the emporors hench men adn force weilding lackyes, in a fit of rage from being turned in to a dark side tool.....sooooo, techinally, he can use force powers, as he was onece humanoid, adn had aheart..or are youall forgetting that scene?

It was my understanding that Necrosis was based on Grevious, both of whome were droids, neither had access to the force according to the lame Midichlorian thingy. Unless they figured out a way to bottle midichlorians and used it to lube their parts, they are not force sensitive.
Grevious only mentioned that his master taught him how to use the Lightsaber, but he could not even MAKE a lightsaber because it requires force to do so, he was reduced to killing Jedi for their LS's.

At least that's what I've been hearing/seeing. Sad when the Devs designing the game know or care so little.

Hahaha. Sounds like a limitation of the simplistic CL and mob creation system. Give it a saber, and it automatically uses a set of force powers.
