this story happened just last night,i got attacked just outside the starport in theed,usually when i get paralyzed,ill take the time to eat food before i go at it with the BH,well last night instead of going at it i bail away from the lag..the BH is obviously thinking im scared and gives chase,i run all the way up to the palace and into one of the guildhalls there and the BH follows me in..lol..what an idiot,he didnt realise i had just lured him into an area where he couldnt kite and if he actually wanted to hit me he had to get close to me,he sends me a tell saying "run noob" then i rip him apart

my reply was..who's the noob?..you just followed a full template jedi into closed quarters where you couldnt kite him..noob!

I had one attack me on a island that was no more than 48m across before. I made saber throw my default attack to account for lag and always getting the "too far" message.

All of these from a particular bounty hunter who has recently thrown a hissy fit on my galaxies forums and announced his departure.

"MDEF on the run, can't believe you"
(I was a 212x Defender at the time)

"u wanna be on my shamelist"
(Who cares?)

"KD bug great"
(Apparently he complains of this an awful lot)

"ur a kid"
(Which of us is speaking leet and sending tells complaining?)

"I was thinking rebels would give me oppotency"
(Oppotency? When I asked what that means I was informed I don't speak english)

"added to runners list, bye"
(Again.... who cares? Its a game!)

Thats funny that he thinks thats an insult, we are the hunted, we dont have to kill to win, if we dont die we automatically won. I actually add on my bio 3 things near the bottom. bh's I have killed, bh's that have killed me, and BH's that I have successfully escaped from. to me escaping is winning so whatever.

this is one tell i got after i killd one in less than 10 second when i stepd out of my house and was attackd instantly by a blue dot gone red (the guy was on my door step, and i didnt notice, i stepd out and BAMO, i was attackd. about 8 seconds later hes dead and im like, what just happen?) :

dead Bh guy tells you "i woulda killd you if you didnt stay in your house.".

for the life of me, i couldnt figure out any logic, point or otherwise from that. so i just figure hes smarter than me. /shrug

Standing around talking with a person in the middle of nowhere, I run my taunt macro and start beating him and his swoop.

BH: Hey, how could you type so fast and fight at the same time?

Me: Macro?

BH: y?

Me: To distract you?

BH: That is a exploit!

and you guys seriously seriously wonder why a lot of people dislike the Jedi?

I'm sorry to see that such people play the role of a Jedi.

This isn't a "Fun Thread." This is a thread to encourage another rival profession to come in here and reply in likewise manner. And then where will that get the "fun post"?

so the same thread that is on bh forums what is then? what about posting on bh sigs pics of your kills?

man don't come here to troll, i don't have problem with bh's most that have hunted me are cool but there is the ocasional idiot that comes up with tells that make no sense... these in general are the noob bh's and the respec one that have no idea what they got into and think that they are gods just because they took up MBH... mind you that there is the same on the jedi side.. that they think they can do what they want just because they are jedi i don't agree with one or the other side... hence why i make fun of them.. they real bh and jedi i respect.. the rest can... i better not say...

This is exactly what I am talking about.

I've been a Jedi long before you even logged onto SWG for the first time. Your reply to anything that disagrees with you as "trolling." First of all, understand what the definition of a troll is.

Furthermore, just because the BH forums are doing it, then you think it'll be cool to start one of your own? That's elementary school mentaility. So what if the Bounty Hunters are posting threads like that. You are entitled to ignore them. Many people will just look at those types of posts and shake their heads more than laugh at them.

Also...your last comment is actually a trollish comment if you would like to know the true definition of a troller.

Agreed, majority of the bh that have hunted me have been pretty cool guys and good at what they do, if its a good fight even if I lose I will usually send them a tell afterwards of something along the lines of good fight. A lot of the time after that we will sit and chat for a while or even swap our strategies etc. maybe someone should make a post then about good conversations with bh's that have hunted you but since this is a funny tell thread they havent been posted here. no matter what all professions are going to have new people doing something stupid. I mastered bh a few times on different servers and admit the first time I hunted a jedi I got smoked bad and had no clue how to fight him since I never fought a jedi before and didnt know what to expect. I took part in a lot of pvp raids before this and did know how to pvp the character but it was always in raids so was a group effort not 1 on 1. Although I never sent stupid tells to cover it.

Edit - Dont agree with the last part though, theres way too much hate on this board already.

This is one i got from when i was still grinding pre-cu, I always seemed to attract the BHs that wanted to help me by killing me and getting me off the terms.
