grind out the xp like everyone else is doing and stop asking for everything to be handed to you on a silver platter

It would be reasonable though when they nerf something so bad you have to change your template, the least they could do is hand out another respec for those effected by it. Just a thought

You cant give a respec to just one profession. People would leave the game over that, if you give a respec to jedi you have to give it to everyone.

I could see a respec given for the frs whenever that gets here sinceit will also be a type of jedi revamp or whatever. But no way in hell should there be a respec for the TOW expansion and pub 24. That would be a huge mistake. Its only an expansion and a patch. Big deal, who cares that some things will be nerfed its not like its another CU that was a total game altering change to the combat system.

If I bought a sports car that had specs from the dealer 0-60 in 4 seconds..and a few weeks later they recalled my car, reflashed the cpu and said that the car was never INTENDED to be used to beat Porsches so they decided to decrease the torque..I GUARANTEE that anyone who bought the car before the reflash would get a refund or credit.
If you work your butt off to gain a skill in SWG that is described one way, and it gets changed then respecc is deserved..HOWEVER the argument can be made both ways that no skills have been taken away, but simply given different counters and results. Since SOE has been very smart in describing ONLY the basics of the skills..this makes for a tough despute.

Personally, I would like a respec for my force sensitive skills. Even better would be that you can drop these upon completion of padawan trials. (24 extra sp in skills ::drool:
I think another token respec would be good to. My main reason is that I am a MDEF and sense MDEF is continuing to get the crap nerfed out of it I think it might be nice to change. HOWEVER, I feel that whatever I change to my get the crap nerfed out of it to so its almost a no win situation.

Besides the village, respec's were the worst idea ever for Jedi. Quit asking for them and regrind your template. It's really not that hard, I did it in about a week at 2-3 hours a night. Before the CU we didn't have respec's and we had to do it solo at less xp per kill, so stop asking. And for the record, I wasn't full temp when the CU hit, but nearly. Just regrind the template...tell you what, if any of you are on sunrunner I'll freakin help you grind it out, just send Ravaj a tell, although I doubt many of you are as most sunrunner Jedi spend more time playing the game than riding the forums asking for respecs.

How does it hurt you if others finish there template faster? I am full temp jedi and I am all for double exp and respec. I think it makes the game alot 'easier' and more fun. That is what the game is right supposed to be fun? Personally I don't consider grinding 2-3 hours a night for a few weeks to change my template any fun at all. I have the best time when I go with my guild on NPC quests like the avatar and blackscale compound. That is what I pay for to play quests with my buds. If there is anything to speed up grinding and get people to where they want to be and enjoy the game more then I am all for it.
You need to let go of your little whining and not worry about how you did it and let others enjoy the game.
