sure there is... there are 26 (soon to be 27) professions. He didn't hit his correct combination of skill boxes. You have just as much chance as he does of accidentally hitting the correct combinations.

Start filling out skill trees you haven't mastered. It ain't sexy, but it is probably the path.

He does have compassion, he says he had the 2 warren badges, which compassion is one of.

They've stated it's straightforward.

I second the idea that you have to master N professions. They hint you 4 of the N you have to master, the rest are up to you.

Oh, and maybe you should try mastering an elite crafting and an elite entertainer profession. Start with crafting first, since you don't have any crafting mastered.

I just mastered Marksman and almost done with Artisan (just got surveying 4 left).

I hope I am considered a nice player in game and on these forums... I don't troll or flame. I just post useful stuff or announce things I am selling, etc. I have given away over 1,000,000 credits to people I did not know, be it tips for entertainers or just people who said "I just accidentally destroyed my backpack with X thigns in it" and I give them 50K cause I feel sorry for them.

I also killed a Piket... no luck =)

It is highly unlikely the DEVs take any game behaviours into consideration before opening a Jedi slot. Nor, is it probable that, based upon how one conducts oneself ingame, that their path (Light vs. Dark Jedi) is determined. There have been a number of posts over the last several weeks on this very topic, and, although many think it should be a factor, most agree it likely is not.

Maybe master the rest of the starting professions, I am not sure I have seen all of the Jedi's information but the ones I did see had both mastered all starting professions. Otherwise your stuff looks good.

uhm, why do you people think that your behavior in game has somethin to do with it?!?! do you honestly think that the devs can keep up with 300,000 players' behaviors?the fs slot is written in the game code, im surprised someone hasnt hacked it yet....anyway, i would master all the starting professions and then if it doesnt open after a week....well it will, i think....

How much did they sell one of their holos for? had a few zeros before the decimal....then they were same as anyone else playing...

so am i... maybe now that there is jedi code in the client, someone will (which is probably the reason it hasn't been). Or it's all server side.
