The devs have stated that the FRS will be turned back on December 8th, 2005. Premium pearl drops will be fixed Nov. 3rd, 2005.
This information has been available for at least 2 months and is stickied at the top of most forums.
Disclaimer: Most (i.e. all) of the information contained above was a lie.

Do you think (or assume) that the Jedi fixes will be coming at about the same time as the FRS?

Its unlikely the "jedi fixes" will come in one patch, since its basically 5 professions that needs to be balanced not just against every profession in the game, but also each other. Thankfully the jedi communty is super united on this for the betterment of Jedi as a whole and not just their individual template, so the information we provide will just make it dandy easy for them to do..
Bitter sarcasm aside, I'm betting knight trials++ will go a way as it is for "fixing" jedi in itself, and any other "fixes" will not come in 5 chronological patches focusing juston jedi, but instead over a long long long time, as we've been accustomed with all mmorpgs.

I dont care if it takes a year!!! I just want a FRS thats really really cool! A system that every single jedi knight will love!! PvE or PvP inclined! I just want this to be best as possible. And if SOE can ensure that, i have no problem whatsoever with it taking long time!!
When it comes to the old FRS, it was crap!! And we are way better off with it!!!!

I have been on a 3 month break and still no new FRS grrrrrr,... they have the money and resources to fix this stuff, they need to do it. I saw them bragging abot there new complex in CA, use the darn thing,.... They are being slow in purpose, this keeps us waiting. If we have nothing to wait for they think we will quit.
