Thread: Padawan's [A guide to grinding and awarness]
A good starting out padawan template would be TKM/MDoc. This will allow you to have some nice defenses, healing, ability to buff yourself and groupmates while grinding (speeds up your XP gain) and rez fallen group members when needed. As you advance in Jedi skills and start dropping normal profession skills, I would recommend keeping this part longest - Doc4400 / TK2440. That leaves you with some defenses and also the nice heals from Doc, but more importantly the abilities from it to heal fire/poison/disease for those CM/BH if you find yourself on the terms.
*this is all assumption based as I am a fairly old jedi lol, so feel free to correct me if Im wrong*

Great guide...pretty much covers everything. I think FR1 is a great skill to have cuz the terrain negotiation and ability to run forever may make the difference in escaping a BH...especially if you need to channel on the fly.
FR1 and head for the hills! ![]()

Equiping / Unequiping robes & using the Jedi tag does NOT give you visability, this has been testing for a month.

Robes give you a boost to force, +250 if i'm not mistaken.
Also alot of people mentioned robes in the visibility thread, so i thought it required a mention. Again, erring on the side of caution, and i don't think it would hurt for people to learn to be careful early on ![]()
Agreed on the Tag does not give you visibility in the traditional sense, but by putting the tag of "Jedi Initiate" above your head, you are broadcasting the fact you are a jedi. Some BH's keep an eye out for things like this when choosing fresh, new targets.
