LOL...if you look at the screenshot the BH posted you will see that he got attacked with Armorbreak, then was KD'd with Saberthrow and the rest of the attacks were while he was KD'd. Really does not take a rocket scientist to figure out why he was killed so fast. Even a Jedi with a crappy saber would have killed him. Obviously he is a respec BH that does not even have a clue how to play. Let him cry....nobody cares.

Don't think it will happen, since they are reinstating premiums later (local SOE time).
But if they continue to kill of this profession there is perhaps better to sell the Jedi, get some money back and move on to another game

You haven't figured this out yet? You ARE their content. The sole purpose of Jedi in SWG is to amuse adolescent players who build their self esteem by bullying others. Their $15 is more important than your $15.

Ranged proffs will get CDEF weapons
Melee will get knifes and sticks
Jedi will get a training saber, sorted
i still see alot of bh's who stand right infront of the jedi they fight.......i mean come on if your gonna stand there, what do you expect?
most i think ive ever done to a kd'd ab'd opponent with power attack is just under 1100 dmg and im a post cu jedi
Somewhere in that thread a poster stated that the Dev's have stated that the "1.5x as powerful" refers to a Jedi participating in the FRS.
Now I've called him on that and asked for a link to the quote.
Let's just take that statement at face value. In such a case, they have a valid point. If (and only IF) Padawans are supposed to be equal to any other Elite profession, then having one group of Padawans, in this case those with "perfect" pre-CU sabers, doing huge damage above and beyond what was intended, makes their weapons unbalancing.
However, I think this problem only really surfaces if 1) the saber is indeed "perfect" and 2) the Jedi really knows how to PvP. This probably reprisents a pretty samll proportion of the Jedi population at present and so ther Dev's are allowingthem to keep their perfect pearls in the time between now and the final re-emergence of the FRS.
