Hit your local Chef for some food. Your looking for fire, poision & disease resist/absorb foods or drinks. Don't scrimp on cost, you won't use a load of this stuff, but when your need it, you needeverything you can get from it.Once you have then, toss them into a satchel or pouchdown in the bottom of your inventory and leave it there. Then, get a macro set up that'll change to a little used tool bar, eat these foods, and switch you back to your PvP toolbar. Bind that macro toa key that's easy to hit while in a panic, but that your not likey to hit by accident. With the amount of healing in your template, the foods should keep most BHs dots down to an irritation, and it'll take some of the edge off the really nasty enhancers.

Once a BH reveals himself to be an MCM, hit your Anti-CM macro, but not until he starts the fight!. If your lucky, you'll get the food into you somewhere between the paralyze and the 1st set of dots. As soon as you can, de-buff his mind and keep it that way. From there, start in on the damage. You might open with a stong opening, hoping to have the guy in a panic between his dot's not doing their job and the damage your doing, or you might go into a nice calm slow opening to preserve force & action until the thyroid rupture wears off.

As for your your Aura, Valor & Def foods... if the guy is MBH/MCM/0004Pis, he only gets 140 points of accuracy & 80 points of speed from that template. If he's not loaded up on attachments, he's not going to hurt you badly with his little pea shooter. Save the force & stomache for healing his dots & killing him. Neither BH or CM has any state recoveries. Blind, dizzy & stun are all your friends, along with your Sap. Use them.

With your template, the fotm BHis really going to give you a hard time. Youcan't useforce speed, force run, channel or suppression, or force wave. Any of these would make your job easier. Sap is going to help, but without the others, you'll be forced to do it better. Conserve your Force while Thyroid Rupture is set, and be ready to go on a strong offensive just before it ends. Try to force him into a healing cycle while his mind is weak. KD him while his action is low. If he want's to kite, use buildings, rocks &trees to break his line of site and bring him back to you. Know where there's water nearby. Without force run, you may or may not be able to get to it, but you should try to guide the fight toward it.

... and in the end, be ready to run or die. Even if you do everything right, this is paper to your rock. Not only must you do everything right, he has to do something wrong.

If you're going to play a character that IS (overall) more powerful than a regular character, the least you can do is respect yourself and fight to the death. I have both a BH anda (pre-CU, non-afk-grinded) Jedi. After seeing how hypocritical Jedi are in-general, I decided to go BH. I speak from both sides.

Soon as I get to play one, I'll let you know.

Let me just say that I am a post Cu Jedi.....I know I know /hiss /hiss, and yes I did most of my grinding on Kash, but never AFK, just in Jedi spin groups (in retrospect it would have ben faster to simply do spin groups on regular missions with BH deaths and all)

I am now a Mdef MLS Heal 4020 on my way to Heal 4040 for the Sap to counteract what I am here to talk about....needing to run

I was attacked twice last night both times by CM's. I ended up running from both and the first was cool but the second got me thinking......Seeing that I enjoy PvP I stand my ground and slug it out for a bit, I use what sap I have ware him down but I know longer have Channel so there is a bit of a cap on how long I can maintain a fight. So at about 15% force I make a break for it, I KD him and run, make it to the starport and launch into space. Ok Im safe now and here comes the Hate "NOOB, PUNK, JEBAY, COWARD" and my personal favorite "Go tell your mother you just ran from a 12 year old" Like I couldn't have guessed that

Well i wasn't going to have this conversation with this like punk, but im seriously asking the question here; What could I have done difrently? The relative strength of his position and the relative weakness of mine seems to be a matter of game mechanics, not skill. I have tuned hundreds of pearls and crystals and my saber Dps is 402.67......not the greatest. This "person" is no better at the game then me, he simply is a member of an unbalanced profession. His advantage comes not from skill, enhancements, attachments, preparation, or experience....so why am I expected to accommodate him with a fair fight when the fight wasn't fair to begin with?

sorry, i dunt have advice... i just think its funny that the guy said this... to me thats like dissing urself lol

All i can say is have a holo on you at all times and pop it if you need to. Since you didn't you did what was right. Now most full temps would say duke it out but they really have nothing to lose.

So many stupid people are still alive because it is illegal to kill them.
Anyone who says, "Trust Me" can not be trusted.
It is not what you are killing but what you are allowing to live.

I am an MDEF/ jack of all trades, here is my temp:

LS x4x4

Enh 4xxx

He 4xxx

Pw x4xx

MDEF

I fought a very capable BH last night who was MBH / MCM with a droid. It looked likeI was going to run out of force before the fight was decided (even after popping a holo). I made my way over to a creature lair as the fight progressed and waited for the creature to agro him (a Krayt no less). I then rooted him , came up and got one saber hit in before the DB timer started.

There is more than one way to skin a cat. When all else fails keep your wits about you and use terrain.

You see, I find falt with that logic. With the way that they constantly Nerf, you never know when your doing to have to change your temp, I dont want to have to dig my way out od a 7 mil hole because CM's are over powered.

That won't work since BHs are lobbying for the ability to eject a Jedi from they house/pick the lock (and we know that the Devs are giving the BHs everything that they need to kill us with this upcoming publish).

theres nothing you can do. run is pretty much the only thing unless you have a perfect saber. soe refuses to fix us so we suck. we just have to deal with it i guess. but the trend is nerfing us so we cant really fight the bh, just die....

Yep, when the snare wars arrive, die will be the ONLY option. With force run and burst run being removed with the speed debuff, expect to be chain snared and deathblowed continually. There will be NO run. There will be NO fight. There will be ONLY submission. There will be NO Star Wars. This is the NEW galaxies.
