A work around would be that the Bh tef overrides any other tefs, like it does with duelling. Have it so that if a BH attacks u u go temparily on leave for duration off BH fight. That way would ensure that the BH fight is still 1 on 1

Thats the only time i get killed by BH, when i am overt and he gets a buch of SF guys to gank me then gets the DB
