We would be another proffesion but with the advantage of not having a 4th bar to drain from. the force bar needs to go and the basis of force would be determined on your skill points used up as it is now. but no longer an amount of force issue, make it a quality of usage of the force. in short, your force attacks, defenses, powers, and healing are all based on the amount force gained through your boxes. the more force you have accumlated the better your usage or quality of the attack and so on. in the movies force was everywhere all the time, not just a limited amount for each person. at least this way the more experienced player will get the advantage of higher results from the force skills.

QFE - This would greatly be praised by us Jedi, however if the devolopers say doubled the force regeneration and max, then we could have some more balance.

Removing the force bar in turn, would cause contraversy with some enhancer abilties, AI from defender, and all of force power.

It can be done though.

Be careful... remember when Tiggs and Thunderheart acknowledged the pearl drop problem with premium / flawless? Look what came out of that one. *Can't fix it.. so you screw you guys

I like the idea of the Force Bar working like Action and Mind bars currently work, with a few exceptions:

Have the Force bar be 500, instead of 250 like Action and Mind (I think that's what they're set at). Of course,this would mean to lower the cost of moves like AI, but the regen rate on Force wouldwork very similar to action and mind....even better when sitting down. Also, have a faster regen to Jedi with more points invested in Jedi (or even base their Force regen on their combat level). So basically between fights, Jedi can regen theirForce bar in minimal time, with high regen rates completely destroying theneed for a 5000+ force Bar. I don't think this idea would ever make it, but it's just something to toy around with.

Jedi is only separated from other elite professions by the time it takes to come into your full strength.

Force Bar is a gimp. As some of the Scylla transfers have proven. A melee stacker in bad A$$ armor can outshine a jedi on a regular basis.. and why? because all they have to do is wear our force bar down.. a restriction no one else has. When we were packing the badest weapon in the game, yeah we needed an equalizer. As it is, we get no armor to slice, no variety of ubar weapons to choose from and few skill points to diversify. The force bar has gone from being an equalizer to being a handicap. It should either be drastically adjusted, or removed altogether.

The force is an entity unto itself, it only makes sense to have it in the bar up there.

Through the force things you will see, other places, the future, the past; old friends long gone.

Removing the force bar would only allow for you to be wore down with much greater ease.

Removal of the force bar would require them to completly revamp the jedi profession do we really want that?

SWG is the only Star Wars game I've played that requires Force usage to swing a saber.

it would make it easier on us not haveing to balance force bar and action and mind

seriously tho iwould like it removed there would be no fc issues

only balanceing mind and action
