With all the nerfing they have done they have made us equal or pretty close to an elite proffesion if you play right.

I remember the old days of PvP where if you where good could last the whole time if not died after a few hits. now good luck pvp is a whole new era with power healers and uber templates. I am glad you must be a MBH to hunt jedi's otherwise we would be dead 99% of the time.

And lemme re-phrase the subject Yes you can but after 20 minutes or more. Myself it all comes down to force....i run out regen is not quick enought.

This game has become a who has more credits game in a big way. spend a billion credits on good ca and pearls and you will be good. If you have a few mil in the bank sorry but you SU*k.

Pre-CU, a good melee template could still take out a Jedi. Even pre-pub 9, an incredibly talented non-jedi player with great equipment could take out a 4444 guardian. Like the rest of the CU though, being able to stand toe to toe with a Jedi has been made so easy everyone can do it with absolutely no skill. That's what I hate about the CU as a whole, it doesn't take any kind of talent to do things that should be hard.

Only a idiot would believe there isn't a problem when you need a specific template to beat a certain template. All CM/BHs are not unstoppable even though the newer jedi with weak sabers dont stand much of a chance. It is the ones with maxed out equipment, certain buffs and cooldown bypass macros that really cant be beat. Or did you expect everyone to go Master Powers? All you Jedi who brag about having no problem whatsoever with cm/bhs obviously havent faced one with perfect equip that knows what they are doing.

Plenty of jedi beat them regularly.

No...there are planty of jedi that have no problems, even with the most skilled of MBH/MCM combos...it just takes practice.

CM/BH can be beat, just going to take you some time. I normally take em down in 5 minutes or less with a 691 max damage saber. Here's my system:

put em on follow

chase em down with FR1 on hitting for stun and AB

Root em then jump on head hit, body hit

Root starts to wear off.....KD/power hit

OVER AND DONE with

Im MLS, DEF 4440, Healer 4000 and Enh 3002. If you have a low saber, just keep hitting em with low level attacks and channel when you can. Once their buffs start going, they will lose thier mind and you jump on em

I can beat them for the sole reason that I can just outlast them, channel when needed and keep going until their buffs die, if I dont get them during the spice downer I gotta wait another 15 mins till it wears off again, granted there arnet alot of skilled mbh/mcms on my server, but the few that are, its a long damn fight. same with almost Any profession, the 4000 healing in cm makes for some LONG fights, and quite often with a 30 fc saber you're running out of force before they do mind, and its alot faster to regen their mind than it is your force, so you have to run/channel then there mind is full again and you start over, its repetative and boring. With MCM they dont have enough damage output to kill me, however the -40 speed debuff is more than enough to make sure I dont have enough damage output to kill them either until the debuff wears off and they forget to reapply...

interestly most of the BH that come after me seem to still be Master Pistol/ Carbine and the ocasional Rifleman. I have only been attcked by 2 MCM - I am Mdef and both times are 15 mins we called it a draw.

Both managed to keep their health and mind maxed most of the time .... but i think ( after speaking to one of them ) that at least one of their mind buffs were about to expire. ... and then they knew they were in trouble.

The only thing i have found is that a Health crystal is an absolute must against MCM ... i have actually gotten away without using the Health crystal for the last rifleman and pistoleer ( but i think that is because of Improved valor ).

You cant beat CM/MBH's cause you stink at pvp, SERIOUSLY THEY ARE NOT HARD. I have beaten 2 at once, and I can beat one solo in about 2-3minutes. its just takes skill. I am so tired of all of you whining, why dont you practice or do somehting instead of whining that you cant beat a freakin Combat medic.
