Examples of them trying to push away customers;

Jedi CU NERF - When subscribers are low and your only saviour is allowing more to become jedi what do you expect was going to happen.

PEARL NERF (wont let them drop) They're changing them.. Nuff said.

Pre-cu good weapons/armor -horrable conversion post cu

Mabari Belt nerf (easy way to make alot of high end players upset) lol

AI NERF - Yup it sucked, but everyone other than defenders screamed for it, so it happened.

Cloak Nerf(coming soon to a server near you) Yup it sucked, but every BH screamed for it, so it happened.

Speed bug not fixed - They have a long history of not fixing bugs..

Loot game killed (nerfed akkuan's nerfed krayts) - BH marks have loot

Pearl nerf( possible comming to destroy all good tunes from pre cu pearls -or have a wacky conversion that makes them terrible like the CU) Yep, how do you expect a semi - fair and challenging FRS when you have jedi with 750max dmg sabers vs. jedi with 450 max dmg sabers?

Terrible customer service from CSR's and SOE in general. - Word

Just a theory of why this game is managed so poorly.
