I've seen DJM's on dantooine clear out the entire mining outpost in minutes, now it's possible for 3 pistoleers to take him down.
I've spent an age on a single NS elder in order to get premiums, now they sink faster than the soap bubbles down the plughole.
In no way are the current crop of enemies anything to worry about when fighting them.
I say remove the pearl/crystal crap entirely and make LS crafting actually have a meaning!
However this stuff about pearls etc, I went out on my first krayt hunt post CU 3 days ago in a group random loot, Low and behold I get myself a "Good" Pearl. For a laugh I decided to tune it just to see if all the moaning was correct, It tuned to 95 -9 and I am not making that up.
Just keep tuning 95 -9 Is a decent tune.

Ok... well here is another thing i dont understand... Why do all the people who ground out jedi first think they deserve and advantage..? Your not any better than someone unlocking right this very second! I'm not meaning that in a mean way at all, I just dont understand where this "I'm better than all the new jedi because i got mine way back when" attitude comes from.. I mean you got yours first! There is your advantage! You got to play a jedi when there were few jedi... not pearls.. you cant havepeople in a MMORPG that have better weapons than everyone else and then make it so the chance of getting to that lvl of a weaponare pretty close to impossible... Im not saying you have to give up your saber buy why cant all the old jedi agree with me when i say let the new jedi have the same chance as you did of getting a flawless pearl.. because the % of them getting a "decent tune" off on of those good pearls is

I mean you got yours first! There is your advantage! You got to play a jedi when there were few jedi and if you wernt that early then your advantage is being a freakin jedi! that alone should be enough... not pearls..I mean would it be right for all the old school bhs that ground outinvest IV to have better weapons than all the other new bhs to the game because they had to suffer with bugs *still do inmost cases* and 10 minute shuttle waits?No idont think so!You cant havepeople in a MMORPG that have better weapons than everyone else and then make it so the chance of getting to that lvl of a weaponare pretty close to impossible... I feel Pearls/Crystals shouldnt even have a fair/poor/quailty/premium/select/quality raiting on them... Base the Tune factor on how much force you have at the time of the tune.
If in regualr professions you are lvl 54 you need a lvl 54 qualifying gun to use.
Why not base this in the same way. The more force you have = the most training you have reseved = the more knowledge of the force you have= the better chance of you tuneing better pearls or crystals .
