I could very well have a jedi,even 2 jedi or maybe 3 jedi characters for all you know.
But I guess your previous post shows that you lack the ability to think before you post on the forums.
i try to grind with guildies most of the time, or other non jedi. because they are a bit more solid minded then some of these babies that have sabers.
go ahead flame me i dont care. but the OP is right.
all you forum jedi do is whine. SAVE MY CLOAK or NERF CM or other stupid crap that destructive to the game.
pre-cu and post-cu jedi fighting is stupid...totally stupid.
i have a few pre0cu jedi friends that i never see post here(or i dont know thier forum names)
By asking the question, you first need to look at what becomming a Jedi means and is. To become one one must put in the time, no other profession requires the amount of time necessary to become a Jedi. Look at the force village or the pre-Cu hologrind. To become one takes patience and alot of effort, once a standdard profession unlocks his Jedi there is the added weight of making a good sabre, and that takes hundred and hundreds of tunes to finally get a sabre that can make BH's think twice before comming. There is also the final part of being a Jedi, you are the only profession in the realm that is a live target, that in itself adds a whole new dynamic to the player trying to play a jedi, he grinds and grinds knowing that at any moment a BH or two may show up and interrupt his day, and the reward is zero and the penality only goes one way.
So looking at Jedi you see a player or person , who sinks alot of time and effort and is getting what in return? This is actually not about Jedi it is about who and what people are. When you add in the Pre-Jedi and Post-Jedi it gets even worse because there is now a seige mentality in the Jedi community. Pre's see what some of what the Posts are going thru and are trying their best to hunkerdown and hope noone notices them, or they look to play the blame game and say its too many jedi, get rid of the Post CU crowd but leave me alone. It's human nature to protect what you have put so much into. The Posts see what the Pres have and want a shot at getting what they consider a level playing field and so they scream and yell, which makes the Pre's nervous because it brings attention onto them and thats the last thing they want at this time, again to keep from being hits with changes or nerfs one must avoid the limelight.
Finally, back in the days of Beta I wrote a critique on SWG as part of my final evaluation of the game, and the concept of just one class being hunted was very flawed. How do you fix this ? It will be very hard, once the geni got out of the bottle, it was near impossible to put him back in. How do you do it, would take a small book and since we are talking about people , we are talking about EGO's. AS of this time this one class is ripping itself apart because of the CU and the perception there are now two types of Jedi. This will create envy and that creates jealousy and that will lead to dislike and hate, thus thebleeding continues. SOE and the Dev's need to look at what is happening here, they are really driving a wedge into the community in the end it will only drive people away and the realm slowly dies. In the end people have a great capicty to create and an equal one to destroy.
Because the Jedi profession has attracted the leet PvPers and some of them like to whine a hell of a lot. Is it really a surprise, after all they want every non-Jedi nerfed did you think they would stop at nerfing their own profession if it suited their needs? It's a competition to them, if someone has a skill they don't have and their template has problems with it.....the answer is clear, nerf it.
Jedi is 5 disciplines with many combinations. This creates a problem for some because a Jedi can never have all the skills the profession has to offer. Because of that there will ALWAYS be nerf cries from other Jedi.
btw, if you think it's bad now, just wait until the new FRS comes out. rofl, you want to talk about nerf cries....omg that is going to be hilarious. Everyone is going to want to be Luke Skywalker or Darth Vader, if a template gives them trouble in the FRS they are going to cry nerf first, ask questions later.
Because our profession is the only profession that you can't totally master. You don't see one rifleman crying for a nerf on another because it would nerf him too. However, ME/MH can cry for a nerf on MDef to their heart's content, it won't touch their temp. MDef/MLS can cry for a cloak nerf, they don't have it. MPowers/MLS can cry to nerf drain, it won't effect them. Just like other professions that PvP universally call for nerfs on Jedi/removal of Jedi from the GCW, many smugglers included.
You say the smuggler forum is full of nice helpful non-whining posts asking for help for other professions? Some thread titles from the smugglers board:

HOTDOG takes a squinty-eyed look at the In Concept...Uh, VERBAGE. The icing on the cake... no matter what changes the Devs propose, it gets looked at and ripped. Then the same people that ripped the proposed changes whine that they never get their revamp. Well...
You say Jed iare universaly hated, look at our forums they're a joke? Look how many posts in our forums are from non-Jedi, with this little disclaimer at the bottom of their post:
"PS i expect to be flamed knowing the tone of this forum but its only a game and to be honest i dont take that seriously, my job i take seriously, my rl relationships i take seriously and my health i take seriously."
But, coming from a smuggler/bounty hunter, I guess I should expect that attitude, even if you have unlocked your Jedi slot. Trolling the Jedi forums is a favorite pastime for many bounty hunters. 
And before you get up in arms about a non-smuggler talking about smuggler issues, I've had a smuggler since launch,which is why I am well aquainted with self-proclaimed martyrdom affected by they majority of the smuggler message board.

i have never asked for nerfs within the jedi proffesion...and other than the obvious over powered bh/cm and bh/docs i have never asked for another proffesion to be nerfed. As a matter of fact i keep asking not to nerf pre cu sabers but boost post cu sabers.....and you are hitting it right on the head about people calling for nerfs....these forums are constantly bombarded by trolls from other proffesions other than jedi...if we need to see what the bh are saying about us, we can always just copy and paste it to our posts if we think its relative.
2 years ago i chose this game becuase it was skill based, now we are nothing but eq2, and a bad version of it. The majority of players said not to impliment the cu but soe did and now we have record negative results from it. Should we kick all other a$$e$ in the game...yes. without a doubt. We put the most effort not to be the mythical 1.5 times as strong, we should be 10 times stronger. do i hate other proffesions, no. but i am tired of others who are not jedi coming in here and telling us how to act, what we need to do, what to nerf of our proffesion. and how we "should" act. dont you get sick of hearing,,,"jedi shouldnt be dueling in public"..."jedi shouldnt be able to heal others"..."jedi shouldnt have stronger weapons with specific resistances"..."jedishould stand and fight nomatter how full a template he has'... for all of you who agree with the non jedi nerfers, you are as bad or worse than they are....because u are a traitor to jedi. its because your lack of taking a stand other than dont rock the boat attitudes that has given soe the ticket to walk all over us. you should be ashamed for not standing up for what most of you have worked for years to acheive.
like me or not, i will fight for what the jedi deserve and wont flip flop like alot of jedi do in this game. i am not happy with fotm attitudes and i dont like comprimises for what we should rightfully have to start with. Until soe says, no, you cant be a jedi then imight change my view, but the last time i looked anyone who has the determination can be one....so until they give up what we have to become a jedi, they can kiss my butt.
i c it this way...there r passive people that let everything be every stupid nerf and so on..did u like the 2 days exp nerf?hope so, otherwise ure passive either u r a rper so u dont bother if ure jedi becomes crap with 1 publish...as far as i've seen devs r only makin nerfs..from cu...lot of people think like me, this game became pointless since cu..no pve pvp boring and i can keep writing down a long list.
i'm an activeplayer i dont whine i just cant stand some stupid and pointlessnerfs and devs r makinthem one after another..
