2) does the regen reduction really stack if using skill more than once as I have read before?

Nope, I wont write a bug report or a ticket. I prefer wasting my time otherwise.
My understanding was just for 1 hour but for as long as I can remember it has taken a server reset to fix the regen back to normal.
My experience is 30 min, but it stacks
If you regain once you lose 1/2 force regen
If you regain again before first regain timer is done that is halved so 1/4
Once first timer expires you are back to half
Once second timer expires you are back

The most ive ever used it was 3 times in a row. It didnt seem like an hour for my FR to come back to normal. Course Ive never just sat and let it go.. i always just mediated and infuse till its full again. A min or so later and my health is back up and im ready to go. During a fight your force regen doesnt help much... you either dead before its gone or the fight is over.

do this test...do u have ai? If you do then use it and time it...with the robes broken it should take about 2:36 to regen back the 1k of force gone.

doesnt cloning reset it? doesnt cloning reset all things? foods, buffs, messy hair, etc?

I was Krayt killing and got jumped by 3 (one I was fighting and 2 spawning on top of me), and it is supposed to last 30 or 60 mins, I dont really know.
I got distracted by a group of credit farmers I was following around cloaked and later uncloaked to start a conversation with their ATK leader (everybody should try that - give them time to use the translator program they are using in the background, though, and you will get funny answers as in "What are you guys up to?" - "California"), and afterwards my regen was normal again. It did not take a server reset for it to return to normal.
