States have it lay on dizzy/stun if nothing else, Normal professions have attacks that can land mulitple states at once in lower tier boxes and at 64m range, why not us at MASTER sabers at 5m range?

I still think dervish should be like power hit but with no warm up. That easily would make it a very nice skill to have, and of course leave the area attack. Everyone keeps saying add states but I still say most of them do nothing.
