Anyhow, I did give you advice a few posts ago ...

If you have a good damage saber, one that can do 500-600 damage AFTER mitigation, then all you need is the Force Speed line.

If you don't have a good damage saber, then you need the Force Speed line PLUS the Force Sap line.

I am MLS, MDefender, Enhancer xxx3, Healer 2xxx. I like it though but supression and Force speed would be nice. I have +31 Saber spd and +32 Accuracy, don't really notice the CAs though. My saber is decent for post-cu 576 dps, I think force speed would help me alot though. And 1500 heals would be handy too lol. Too Many good skills not enough skill points haha
