well it is really hard to be a true jedi in this game even if you want!!!
you can run around helping outer player but that doesnt give you any jedi skills!!!!!!
This game has a lack of things to do for a jedi.. killing look like the only thing atm.
But lets hope Trials of Obi-Wan will do something about it..

Verry good question,
but before i respond to your question, let me corect you Zara, i never write on this board that I'M True Jedi, thats yours words, i written that i'm looking for some true jedi and that's a big diference
andnow to yourquestion... who is true jedi, well i think that's a person who is trying to live his life by jedi codex (if you know what it is) who know what a jedi purpose is, what is his duty etc...etc... those who don't know those basic rulesfor jedi, than.... he is probably not a true jedi, so.. if you want to learn more about what jedi really is & what it means, open your browes, write google.com and search for more informations it's not so easy to write it into 5points
every type of jedi have some kind of rules... that's why i asked for help to lightJedis not dark/siths cause theyr codex and rules are about something diferent than jedi fighting in light side
when i come back to my home, i will find for you some points from jedi codex to let you show how a true jedi should act, and btw, ture jedi isn't just someone who reach titlemaster or guardian... that's just a title in game...
and yes, you written that all of you helped people in past, so if this maked you a true jedi? well... every jedi can fall from his hard path, but than he need to wake up and try to fix his mistake and learn from his mistake, if not than he go in other path.... it depend on everyjedi
but, at the end... if you think that you are true jedi zara- just because you few times helped someone.. than.. .it's not too much, right now everyone have a possibility to show his character... and help someone who need yours the jedi help.. but as i written below, only 1jedi told me that he will help, (don't you think... that it is sad ?)
you probably don't feel that it is necesary to help someone, but than... i just can't imagine what is your vision of true jedi and how you want to teach your padawan in future... when it will be possible..
in past i saw a post where someone asked current jedi why they become a jedi, and most people anwered because it is EndGame, because of reached owerPower, etc...person who is going to reach jedi just because jediPower... hm.... than i'm not surprise that only one jedi from you offered me his help ![]()
I believe that what you are looking for are people who will RP a Jedi as they are seen to act in the movies. This is something that is a bit hard to do at the current time that this game takes place. What exactly would Jedi be acting like? We know of Yoda who hides away on a swamp planet, is this what we are meant to do to be true Jedi? If you were following the current timeline that would be how you spent your time, hiding from the Empire. Not much fun. If you were to venture out you would surely not let on that you were a Jedi, and would find yourself not wanting to get involved with many other people. Surely through your moral code you would find yourself at times compelled to help others but to what extent? As well what has been priviously said is that most people playing Jedi in this game are playing them as if they were not Jedi until after the Council was long disbanded, and as such have no such moral code to guide them. Oddly enough this then gives people an out when they are whipping out their lightsabers in the middle of Theed. They truly would have no idea that the Empire is hunting and killing force sensitive individuals, at least until after they have been killed themselves.
I however RP my Jedi that he was in the academy, though off planet at the time of Episode III. Therefore he has the teachings of the Jedi Council and various Jedi mentors. I too play on Kettemor and would be more than willing to help you out and perhaps do a little RP with you along the way, why not? I have little else to do in game, and I became a Jedi because I wanted to play as one, not because I thought of them as the Uber end game template. However Im not going to give you my character's name, that would be to easy, and erase the mystery. But if you post your character's name I'll be sure to look you up at some point.

check the Ranger forum for the true Jedi.
Rangers are
- Rare
- In tune with the life of the galaxy
- very good at surviving
- adaptive
- generally polite and friendly
- good at making the best of having limited power

A small point to remember. At this point in time the Jedi order is in chaos, there is no Jedi Council. All active and publicy trained Jedi or the old Council died (except Yoda and the now dead Obi Wan). There are only 3 full Jedi left, that being Palpatine, Vader and Yoda), even Luke isonly Force Sensitive and only just becoming aware of his true powers. As for Sith well there can be only two and them places are held as im sure you know. That leaves the rest of us, the ones that were born after the distruction of the Jedi Council. We are not trained, not aware of the Council's teachings (unless you know Yoda or Obi Wan). We are just Jedi in there basic forms, Light or Dark! So you should expect some strange behaviour and actions.
Also remember even the Sith and Dark Jedi are Jedi also.

you could try...but you couldn't be more wrong.
of the thousands of Jedi...only about 200 or so participated in the clone wars...besides the ones you mentioned, there are three other, unturned members of the Jedi order who did participate, and survived.....palpatine was never a Jedi...the prophets of the darkside were in existance, a sith cult created by milenial in violation of bane's rule of two, located and put to work by palpatine training his servants, even vader. Palpatine actively recruited force sensitive individuals and fallen Jediand trained them for all manor of duties...he gave them a pretty simple choice...serve or die.
