/sign I would LOVE this and it would spark all new love for me... I personally think that knights and such need more content than just pvping... and the ocassional trip to the enclave.. But as a padawan I would LOVE to have a master... (dont take that the wrong way

At first i thought.. what a great idea- months ago when it was first thought up by someone else.. then i sat back and thought about it....
issue is... is the master/apprentice thing a short term orlong term. Each has glaringnegatives.
If you make master apprentice only a long term thing then the master has to go out and baby sit a padawan while the pad grinds yes? The pad will not want to go PVP (at a low level) with the knight due to the visibility that will incur when PVPing others. That wouldmean they'd be huntedwhen the knight also isnt on. People wont want to sit through watchign others grind.. why would they? Plus while this is a multiplayer thing- only really good scheduled people would be able to do this... - this could be a way to limit Jedi however... padawans have to get masters to level- and only certain knights would want to babysit and help long term.
If it were a short term thing then 2 Jedi could group up for grinding or missions (like knight trials etc)- which is a good thing... Short temr where when a player logs in they can find someone willing to be their master/apprentice. Once they log off the grouping stops.
Padawans wont be much help to knights if the knight is attacked, and the knights wont want to baby sit the padawan while they're mindlessly grinding.
The master apprentice thing sounds good initially and sounds quite "starwarsy" but it has no real application in the game that i can really see.
As much as it sucked being group ganked... the old system was a lot better than the current way- 5 bhs SHOULD be allowed to get 1 jedi's mission (so the jedi's alt wont take their own), but others should be allowed to help the Jedi and BHs too.

I know plenty of Padawans who areonline around the same time that I am, in fact i've made friends with many of them.Ipersonally wouldn't mind assisting another padawan becausethere isn't much else to do for content. As i said above, the knight could benefit from gaining FRS experience and not to mention other things if thought out properly by theDEVS.
I know plenty of people that would enjoy helping some of there padawan friends. Except for a few people like you who probably don't care about anyone else. What would it hurt if this was added, either you participate in it or you don't that's all to it.
