"I sense a plot to destroy the Jedi"

I always found that a stupidly funny line. I mean sure, the Jedi might sense fear, like in ep I Yoda said to Anakin "I sense much fear in you" or something like that. Sure, they might sense a persons emotions, or even sense danger, but to sense "a plot to destroy the Jedi" just seems too ridiculously specific.

Okay I'm curious, when the Jedi nerfs happened, the Non-Jedi supposedly out numbered the Jedi. Now are you saying all the players that said they never want to be a Jedi were lying and will all go Jedi? I don't think everyone that joins will choose to be a Jedi, and half of the ones that do will drop when they see the grind. Plus it has not been explained in full what "Living the life of a Jedi" means in NGE. I have a strong feeling NPC BH's will hunt Jedi Players.

When they first mentioned that veteran jedi would be blue ghosts, that was your first indication that jedi really wont exist anymore. What they offer for players now is the old melee elite professions like TKM, Swordsman, Fencer, and Pikeman. Read the skills they list for the new profession. One of them is Center of Being for crying out loud. You can't have jedi in a game that are equal in combat to other professions. They know this so the next best thing is to have the same old melee professions dressed in cotton candy and labeled as jedi. Seriously, if you want to play a star wars role, don't pick this. Even Officer makes more sense than this one.

It is strange how all this went down. Just like episode 3, these plans were in place for a long time and the Jedi had no idea until it was too late. So...how does that blaster bolt feel as it burns through your spine?

I'm going to miss all the hunts we had together...even if they bring the player bounties back, the Jedi are so weak now , it simply won't be a challenge...shame.

You have it backward. The BH profession has just lost all of it's value while I will recieve rewards for the profession I chose, you will have to respec (probaly into one of the noob Jedi).

How does it feel to have your beloved profession lose it's only purpose?

BTW you can drop your dreams of PC bounties, even if they do bring them back the days of all reward and no risk are long gone.

The thing of it is, the "new Jedi" are going to be a joke. I can remember seeing 1 unfinished temp dispatch 3 Bounty Hunters at the same time in theed.No way the "newJedi can live up to the Knights of the Old Republic.No...the day of the Jedi ruleis over...this is sad.

We were destroyed with Publish Nine.

get a clue. This is the biggest dumbing down of a game i have ever seen, i would give up my jedi, and everything i have in game, to be able to play the game i bought december 2003 the orignal, innovative, skill based, swg. Id play on a server with no jedi on it, just to be able to enjoy the game again.

To me, this is not a power issue, like i said id give up my jedi and all i have in game to start over with the pre cu swg with no jedi.
