Try the /unstick command get close to the walls or door when you try it

lol ive been in his house just unplug modem for a sec has a bunch of furnitrue in 1st room bowls filed with food nothing in back room

I want to know what mission you are talking about. 'cuz I'ver never heard of it. Some old bugged quest from way back find it's way in, or something from ToW went live accidentally?
