I had a similar event today... just before the server went down, a BH came in front of my house.... i were alredy cloaked for a longer time.
I thought: hmm... he shouldn't be able to target me AND he can't see my shadow anymore.
So i was going out to change the building.... he started to follow me some seconds later(lag?). I did not attack him, i did not unclaok, i did not say anything or /emote or whatever.
He was always on my back exactly knowing where i am. He also sent some bomb droids after me. I told him to stop exploiting but he said he wasn't.... I just /report 'ed him in last minute before serverdown.

Is there anything else i should do?

I was running in different directions.... i think it isn't possible to retrieve some hundrets of wps a minute?

from what ive seen if you cloak while the bh is attacking and he doesnt do anything to untarget you such as pressing esc or tab then he can keep you targeted even when you cloak, as you guys said im sure there are exploits, wouldnt be SWG if someone wasnt exploiting something
