In reading the responses thus far, I want to make one thing clear.

We're very aware that the proof is in the pudding. You need action, not words. Reiterating promises is pointless. But I will be checking back every few days to see how it's going.

Its thanks to WoW that we get posts like this every so many months to tell us someone out there cares I mean they really care about the customer base and they want this game to improve yes they do Oh they really do. But then they go back to playing WoW and leave us with a bug filled nerf filled pile of cr*p. But on the up side the CU has made it really easy to understand WoW. Come on Raph why dont you come down and let us know whats happening to Jedi.

Jacella, I agree whole-heartedly with your post. I really do.

But can I ask one question?

Why is it when someone else says the same thingas what you are now saying, you give them the "cry more, noob!" or "quit your whinin, Care Bear!!!" type resposes?

Welcome to the New Galactic Empire, a very hidden organization that has managed to kill far more citizens and destroy far more communities than theImperial Navycould have ever dreamed of.....

Yea, great post and all, but it's futile. I mean so far there are alot of people agreeing with you in this thread, but what are they most likely going to do this month? Well let me tell yah.. TOoW Expansion = $29.99 + 14.99 monthly fee = $45 .. So writing this post is just a big waste of time and forum space. If you want to tell SoE you are unhappy with the way they are handling this profession and this game then cancel your accountand don't pre-order the expansion. That is it in a nut shell. If you don't think that won't work then you must have forgotten the XP nerf that was shoved on us a while back. Funny all those cancellations fixed that little problem quick. I did my part and my account is off in a week. Feels good I tell yah.

And no you cannot have my stuff. You will however have 1 less jedi (YAY!), 1 less jedi to hunt, 1 less jedi that buys your goods, 1 less jedi to pvp with, 1 less jedi on an already vacant server.. ect... .... ....

I read that in the voice of Cartman and it was hilarious. I agree, our "profession" is a rediculous joke now. If I could hunt myself with my level 30 alt I'd pwn me :/

Completely agree.

With constant change, the devs have lost credibility. Keep things constant!!!

It's simple, really. This isn't about pvp, pve or anything like that. This is about jedi as a whole. I have also had several moments of bad behavior in which I wasn't as tactful as I should be. I will probably have many more, but at times like this, I appreciate your support on this. Thanks for not posting this as a flame, and I understand your conscerns. I will continue to strive to be nicer...but I am a woman afterall

I would like to try it at some point, but I do tend to be a bit more opinionated that SonG or Guarr. Might be a good thing, or it could backfire.

Dear Dev team and whoever else might care,

We are disillusioned. We feel cheated. We are losing our faith. Please listen to what we say, not all of what is said here is baseless.

So many nerfs and game changing events have taken place over the past 2 years and we are having a hard time ejoying the game when we know that any second a patch will come that will re-invent the systems and completely change the game that we have just adapted to again. We are tired of adapting with every new whim. We are tired of having something that works be broken with a new fix. Please stop fixing things!

The combat upgrade, RotW, JTL, and all patches since patch 9 have been seriously replete with inherent problems, exploits, and bugs. More bugs than a cheap New York apartment. Instead of constantly working on new expansions, why not just remove the bugs, finish your "combat balance", fix the content already in the code (battlefields and quests), fix the loots, fix the broken or worthless skills, add schematics for crafters, addcontent for entertainers, add palettes for Image designers, increase effectiveness of droids, add new buildings that archetects can craft, add and fix....but do not nerf jedi any more.

Jedi have been pummeled with every patch. Jedi have taken the brunt of every nerf and balance. Jedi have been screwed up more than any other profession becaus of these changes. Devs, we have to regrind every time a change happens, and we are sick of it! We don't want grinding to be the content for jedi. We don't want to be weak and worthless. We never asked for the Village and we never asked to be equal to other professions...we don't have to be. We do, however, have to deal with all the nerfs that every profession has pushed you to. The reasons many long tiume accounts are being closed or sold is due to these nerfs. You are losing the people that worked within the confines of your systems until they couldn't handle being punished for doing what was asked of them.

Jedi need a power increase, we need healing that can fulfill its purpose, we need templates that we can count on doing what they were crafted to do. We need weapons that are worthy of the Jedi profession, we need to be able to play the jedi that we worked so long and hard for. It's not our fault that you opened the floodgates so anyone can get a jedi in a few weeks or months, we shouldn't be punished for your shortsightedness.

Jedi demand that we become something akin to what we worked for. We demand that we be treated with the respect of a loyal customer and an avid fan of this game. Many of us have forgone other games to play yours. We keep hoping that things will get better, but since patch 10, nothing has improved. Every profession has suffered. Enough of this, fix it!

There are several options available...the easiest being to return jedi to the patch 10 level. Change how we make lightsabers (no pearls or crystals from loots, but crafted and in conjunction with weaponsmiths).

Fix us and then leave it alone. Our complaints are based on the fact that we have been abused by the steady stream of patches that have only nerfed us to oblivion. If you want there to be less jedi, then change the way jedi are unlocked, change the way visibility works, and make the path long and boring..you know, like the hologrinding or the solo grind.

Stop punishing the jedi, and start empowering them to a level that WE feel is acceptable. We don't want to be gods, but we do want to be stronger than the melee stackers and heal better than a CM that can be ground out in 4 hours.

Very well written... well put... but unfortunately will be ignored like the Jedi profession. Main reason I decided to dump my Jedi and play this toon from now on. Sure... can't do everything that a Jedi does... but I at least have fun once again.
