Why??? SOE, Microsoft and Nintendo know the difference in markets and they are not going to bridge them. Too many factors that would make the PC players better than the console ones. IMHO
The game is changing because it has not met expectations, I actually feel for SOE atm as they are taking all the heat and I believe this shift came from Lucasarts. I watched, collected and looked forward to all the Star Wars hype, now I think George Lucas has become a money grabbing old **edit** who is held up in his ranch with nothing better to do than count his $$$.
It happened too out of the blue and took too many by surprise, and SOE would have had strict NDA's that they couldn't of leaked this.

I'm as upset as anyone else here but it's time to accept that what we are seeing is the future of the game, either accept it and play or cancel your accounts and move on. Either way your not going to get a lot of sympathy from anyone here, I think we have all become pretty bitter and twisted over the years of playing.

Sorry should of been more specific, we won't be playing on the same servers as the console guys. Yes the game has been dumbed down for this port. My apologies...
