What are you all talkin about i just started playing again last time i played was like 2 months ago whats going on someone enlighten me? What are these holos? how do you get them? when do you use em?

Holos are raredrops from strong NPCs (Like jeddi on Dantooine). WHen used, they give a hint on how to open your FS slot.

If i were to find a holo when should i use it the only thing ive mastered so far is Scout im like7/10 done ranger and like 5/10 CH

Holocrons are objects that give you hints to unlocking your "force" abilities. Once you obtain one, you can use it and a voice will instruct you to follow a "path" (profession). Master that profession and move on. If you obtain a 2nd holocron, DO NOT use it until you master the 1st profession mentioned from the 1st holocron. It will repeat the profession from the first one you obtained. Granted, they are not easy to find. Continue until you unlock your force slot to become jedi. Best place to find holos are on Dantooine(that i have found so far). I'm not actively searching for another holo yet. Got Pikeman for my 1st profession and not ready to give up bh just yet...love it too much. Anyway, hope this helps and good luck if you decide to follow Jedi as a profession.

they drop at the imperial chemical facility near lake retreat on naboo.

another easy way you can get one is do the jedi temple missions. I went to the lady inside the cave behind the waterfall and did her missions. Not only did i get uber FP i got a blue holo and somewhat good money.

where can i find holos and if some one wants to sell them to me what is a good low price that most people buy them for?

No offense, but it's almost pointless to get a holo now...you need to master 20+ profession in the next 18 days if you wanna become a jedi that way.
Of course, if you want holos just to build a little display outa them, i may be able to help you out on scylla.

What is the easiest holo to get? Ive done the quest on Datoonie but thats the only one i know. Can anyone help me out?

Faster to just buy them. The server is flooded with them still. At least Corbantis is...
